| We will now secure your position on our online directories, The Trade Finder, The Business Internet Finder, Ufindus, Business Pages, 118-Online and your chosen Register. We will now secure you a guaranteed 1st page listing for your generic domain name of ({Domain}) on Bing & Yahoo. |
| We will submit your listings to Google Lycos, Ask Jeeves and all the other major search engines however there will be no guarantee for these. |
| Scoot Network Priority listings Included: You will also receive a complimentary bolt on service via the Scoot Business Priority listings inclusive of Touch Local and the Network Partners such as The Independent Directory and The Mirror Directory. |
| Please note we have no control over these listings and they are complimentary with your purchase. |
| There is no need for you do anything, we will activate these listings for you on receipt of this document. |

| If payment is not received via Direct Debit, we will request payment from your card provider with the credit or debit card used to activate the account. Should your Direct Debit remain unpaid, then you shall become liable for the full value of the contractual agreement. |

| You can end your agreement with us by giving us 30 days’ notice in writing prior to your contract end date. Our internal services will be taken down such as the directory listings, and any websites that we have created on your behalf. You |

| If we do not receive written notice from you to end the contract 30 days before your renewal date then the contract between us will further renew for another period of 12 months. |

| The name that will appear on your bank or credit card statement is Unitel Direct. Please be aware it can take up to 3 days for the generic domain name website to be created for you. It is generally much quicker than this but we say this time to safe guard ourselves. It may take up to 4-5 weeks for the site to be indexed and found on the first page of the Search Engines. |
| Following the acceptance of the contract with Unitel Direct Ltd, you agree that we may carry out an address verification check as part of your set up process. If you are applying on behalf of a limited company you are confirming you have authority to authorise an address verification check in the name of the company and each director. |

| As you are now going to be found across the first pages of major online platforms we will protect you by registering you with the Telephone Preference Service. This is a national do not call register which will protect you from unsolicited calls. |
